Frequently Asked Questions: How long will it take for my order to arrive? TOP
All of our items are custom embroidered to your specifications. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your custom order to ship. If you require a rush shipment, please contact us prior to your purchase. We will try to accomodate you whenever possible.
What are your shipping charges? TOP
Shipping rates are based upon your cart contents. For specific details, please see our shipping information page to view the different options. What shipping methods do you use? TOP
Most of our packages are sent via the United States Postal Services. Shipping methods include Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post. In some instances we will utilize other mail carrier services such as UPS or Federal Expess. The shipping method used will depend upon your box dimensions and weight.
Do you ship to locations outside the United States? TOP At the present time, we only ship orders within the United States. What is your return policy? TOP
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these guidelines.
Personalized items may not be returned for a refund. If we have misspelled an item due to fault of our own, please contact us at customerservice@rasperrydimples.com. We will gladly replace your misspelled item at no extra cost.
Furniture may be returned within 30 days of reciept and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims must be made within 30 days of reciept. To return an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@raspberrydimples.com or call our office at (610) 256-6901. If you have assembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware into their original packaging to avoid further damage. Items damaged due to inproper packaging or shipping, will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

At the present time, we do not offer wholesale for any of our products. Do we accept custom order requests? TOP
All of our items listed in our store are custom made to order. If there is something in particular that you would like to have made, but it is not listed please send us an e-mail at customerservice@raspberrydimples.com. We love to do special custom orders for our customers.
